Are you our new Complaints Executive?

Working in our fast paced, successful Complaints team there has never been a better time to join Pepper Money, a specialist mortgage lender backed by a global financial institution offering first and second charge loans.

We operate a hybrid working model, so you will benefit from both home and office working, the office being based in Cardiff. Our team are also based in Uxbridge & Manchester so there maybe occasional travel to our other offices.

You will be supporting the Complaints Manager with all customers related complaints including front line customer contact, complaint investigation and resolution, root cause analysis and identifying and owning the completion of preventative actions to reduce future complaints.

In your new role you will also be responsible for working with other areas of the business to provide training and feedback to colleagues to improve their complaint handling skills adhering to internal policies and processes.

You will also ensure that fair outcomes for customers are embedded within the company culture and that all complaints are handled within best practice guidelines and regulatory rules. You will oversee the complaints handled by the firm’s servicer including reviewing their complaint investigations and complaint final response letters and reviewing complaints MI for accuracy and completeness.
