Joining a small but growing team who are at the forefront of CRM innovation in our industry, we need a MarketingCloud specialist who is not afraid to push their ideas and insights forward.

You will be based in our Uxbridge office with occasional travel to our other offices including Cardiff.

What you will be doing   

Owning the MarketingCloud roadmap for the business you will be analytical in your mindset, using data, data and more data to drive customer and broker value through our technology and Salesforce systems.

You will lead on the delivery of the MarketingCloud vision, tech stack and campaigns to support the wider CRM strategy and businesses commercial and brand objectives.

You will need to provide monthly ad hoc reporting, identifying cost effective solutions that maximise the impact of our marketing activity, increasing the number of active brokers we work with driving up their life-time value. To: You will take the lead on building campaigns in-line with our product marketing functions, making CRM best practice recommendations, developing experimentation plans and ensuring thorough and robust reporting is in place to demonstrate the value driven for the business

You will support the wider marketing team with technical requirements, analysis and reporting and will produce and deliver campaign reports to stakeholders so communication is a key skill. 

Working in a regulated environment you will ensure all CRM activity adheres to the organisations policies and processes and therefore will need detail and focus in order to complete your role. 

What we are looking for  

You must be a CRM and data evangelist not just interested in the latest trends but infatuated by them, ensuring the wider marketing team understand and adopt best practice, this means bringing to life the role of data in driving successful multi-channel marketing campaigns and initiatives whilst delivering results against pre-defined performance measures. 

Qualifications 

Experience of Salesforce systems would be an advantage.
