We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our fast paced, successful UX Design team in our Cardiff office there has never been a better time to join Pepper Money, a specialist mortgage lender backed by a global financial institution offering first and second charge loans.
We operate a hybrid working model, so you will benefit from both home and office working, the office being based in Cardiff. Our team are also based in Uxbridge/Manchester, so there maybe occasional travel to our other offices.
What you will be doing
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the continuous improvement of the digital user experience across the multiple digital channels.
You will help to define the interactivity and design on a variety of products, proposing solutions that balance user needs with business goals and technical capabilities.
You will be driven by finding out how and why people use our products, proposing solutions to problems that excite and enthuse our customers and communicate this via workshops where you will deliver findings to the relevant key stakeholders.
You will be a real team player who loves learning and passing on your skills and knowledge to colleagues within the team.
What we are looking for
- Previous UX Design experience required
- Understanding of user-research
- An understanding of user-centred design
- An understanding of Website development (ideally WordPress)
- Experience of working in an Agile environment
- Proficient in Adobe CC suite and Axure RP
- Financial Services
- Good Portfolio spanning all digital media
