Are you our new Mortgage Referrals Administrator?
Working in our fast paced, successful Referrals team there has never been a better time to join Pepper Money, a specialist mortgage lender backed by a global financial institution offering first and second charge loans.
This role will work within our fantastic Referrals team, reporting directly into the Head of Referrals. They are a fun, outgoing and dynamic team who are full of ideas, and continuously looking for opportunities to improve our processes and procedures to benefit our customers.
Acting as the first point of contact for intermediary queries, responding to emails and answering telephone queries in relation to criteria points, decision in principals which may have declined which have the potential to be re-worked to meet criteria.
This role will assist the Head of Referrals to review scenarios, resolve queries and questions and problem solve both with internal and external parties always delivering a first-class response and service proposition confidently.
This is a full-time permanent position based in our Cardiff office on a hybrid basis.
You will ideally have Mortgage Lending knowledge and experience as well as Regulatory knowledge.
You will be confident with working with members of staff at all levels and have the ability to influence and challenge key stakeholders.
You will have excellent communication skills, be organised, proactive, hands on, out-going, and forward thinking!
